Guided by Susan Hopkins (EdD), you’ll explore the 5 Practices of Shanker Self-Reg® and the 5 Domains of Stress, weaving together powerful neuroscience with relatable stories, reflection tools, and practical strategies. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about seeing yourself with soft eyes, understanding what your brain and body are trying to tell you, and finding your way back to genuine restoration.
